Policies about us
Policy on children staying with parents
Children of all ages are allowed to stay free of charge with their parents using the existing bedding. This applies to accommodation only.
 
Meals
Children under the age of 5 years are allowed to eat free of charge.
 
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations received between 7 and 21 days prior to check-in incur a 1 night cancellation fee
  • Cancellations received within 7 days from check-in incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
  • No-shows incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
  • In addition to the above charges being levied, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
